Owners Tom and Grace Kennedy opened their location in Cornelius in September 2022 with one mission: to connect their community to the joy of e-bikes.
Connecting Lake Norman to Pedego Electric Bikes
After a 25-year sales career at a large corporation, Tom wanted to try something completely different for his next chapter.
When he learned about Pedego electric bikes from an associate he had worked with previously, he couldn’t stop thinking about opening a shop of his own.
The more research he did, the more convinced he became that the Lake Norman community needed its own Pedego dealership.

After enlisting his wife Grace, a freelance writer, as his partner in the enterprise, the Kennedys found the perfect location in Antiquity.
The beautiful Antiquity Greenway, part of the Carolina Thread Trail, is adjacent to the shopping center.
Old Town Cornelius, Main Street in Davidson, the gorgeous Rocky River Greenways, Caldwell Station Creek Greenway, and Bailey Road Park are all easily accessible by bike from the front door of Pedego Lake Norman.
A true Mom & Pop shop, Pedego Lake Norman offers electric bike rentals from two hours up to a week, and their showroom is full of electric bikes for sale.

E-bikes Make Exercise Fun
All the bikes at Pedego Lake Norman are electric, but you can get as much exercise on them as you want, whenever you want.
No matter the bike, you’ll get at least seven gears, and most bikes offer five levels of pedal assist as well as an on-demand throttle for getting the bike started and crossing intersections quickly and safely.
