Chef-driven dishes, sparkling wine, and signature hospitality define the new weekend experience.

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (November 5, 2025)Foxcroft Food & Wine, known throughout the Carolinas for its refined yet approachable neighborhood dining experience, will launch Sunday brunch at its Birkdale location on November 9. The new service, offered Sundays from noon to 4 p.m., brings the restaurant’s modern wine bar sensibility to one of the week’s most beloved rituals.

Led by Culinary Director Stephanie Klos, the brunch menu strikes a balance between comfort and creativity, showcasing house-made breads alongside refined, seasonally inspired dishes that pair seamlessly with Foxcroft’s wine and beverage programs.

“Our goal was to create a brunch that feels effortless and inviting but still delivers the same culinary quality and presentation our guests expect,” says Klos. “It’s a space where you can relax over a bottle of sparkling wine, explore inventive dishes, and enjoy the sense of community that brunch naturally inspires.”
