Offering fresh, chef driven, healthy meals, Benevolent Bistro is a European inspired food truck with a delicious menu. I was able to experience a recent tasting with the owners and was blown away with the entrees.
Benevolent Bistro is an environmentally friendly truck that has partnered with Flock Restaurant in Mooresville to bring high protein meal options, salads, sandwiches and more to a new food truck court in Mooresville.
They offer vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options too!
They are open Monday-Friday 11am-2pm. What makes them even more unique is their monthly partnership with a local non-profit and Octobers partner is LKN Humane. They give .50 cents from each entree at the top of their menu to a rotating partner.
Benevolent Bistro is also available for private and special events. Make sure to stop by and check them out for a delicious lunch!
