Mooresville Arts is proud to announce Arts on Main, a Weekend of Creativity, Culture & Community, to be held November 20-22, 2025. Arts on Main is a three-day event, showcasing fine art in the heart of downtown Mooresville, North Carolina!
“A First Look” Exhibit Reception – Thursday, November 20th, 2025 (6-8pm)
For the first evening, we will host “A First Look” – an Exhibit Reception for the travel show for the American Watercolor Society’s (AWS) 158th Annual Juried Exhibition on Thursday, November 20th. This will be the first chance to see the travel show of this amazing exhibition in Mooresville! Limited tickets are on sale now, for $50 per person, for this special event (tickets are on sale through Friday, November 14th). A fun-filled evening of art, including a live watercolor painting demonstration by local artist Dan McCrary (who has a painting in the watercolor show!) is in store for attendees. Live music will be performed by Lakeside Vibes. Guests will enjoy an elevated menu of chef-inspired signature hors d’oeuvres from Epic Chophouse, complemented by decadent desserts crafted by Queen City Pastry and Cyntucci’s Italian Bakery. Toast the night with craft beer and wine from our neighbors, On Tap, alongside a full selection of beverages for all to enjoy.
Downtown Mooresville Gallery Crawl – Friday, November 21st, 2025 (6-8pm)
During the second night of Arts on Main on Friday, November 21st, we will host a downtown Mooresville gallery crawl with our fellow neighboring art galleries. This event will serve as an opportunity for the public, at no charge, to come in and see the AWS exhibit on display at the Depot and visit the other galleries. Participating galleries include EAST Style House + Gallery; Four Corners Framing Gallery; Juelerye Artisan Gallery & Gifts and Mooresville Arts. Each gallery will feature their own artists, artist demonstrations and more to commemorate this special arts weekend!
Mooresville Fine Arts Festival – Saturday November 22nd, 2025 (10am-5pm)
At the Charles Mack Citizen Center, Mooresville Arts will host an indoor one-day fine arts festival on Saturday, November 22nd. Seventy fine artists and artisans will be set up, to display and sell their artwork just in time for the holidays and gift giving season. Artists from across North Carolina, as well as neighboring states, are participating. Painters, potters, woodworkers, photographers, glass artists, jewelry artists and more will be a part of this juried lineup of amazing artists! This indoor arts festival will conclude Arts on Main in downtown Mooresville.
