Hope of Mooresville, also known as HOMe, is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing transitional housing and essential support to homeless women and children in Mooresville, North Carolina.
With a mission centered around fostering self-sufficiency and stability, HOMe offers a safe environment where residents can focus on personal development, education, and skill-building.
The organization collaborates with local agencies, volunteers, and donors to provide a holistic support system that includes case management, life skills training, and guidance to help individuals transition to permanent housing.
Through its compassionate services, Hope of Mooresville plays a vital role in breaking the cycle of homelessness and empowering individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Cofounder and volunteer Julie Wooldridge is one of 4 finalists for the NASCAR Foundation Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award.
This award recognizes NASCAR Fans who volunteer for children’s causes in their racing communities, It is the premier sports philanthropic award- decided upon by voters. The winning charity receives $100,000!
