New York Butcher Shoppe & Wine Bar in Cornelius, NC is home to a few of my favorite lunch specials in the Lake Norman area.
I’ve heard so many great things about this place, I just had to try it out. Within two weeks I had tried each one of their lunch specials.
Every one of the lunch specials at New York Butcher Shoppe is excellent. I highly recommend a visit!
Weekly Specials at New York Butcher Shoppe & Wine Bar in Cornelius
Monday – Meatballs Pomodora
House-made goat cheese grit cake, pomodoro suace, mozzarella cheese. This is a zesty dish! I ordered mine with a side of mac & cheese. (So good!)
Tuesday – Sausage & Pepper Hoagie
Choice of craft sausage (I went with jalapeno), chili aioli, peppers and onions, and mozzerella.
Wednesday – Burger Sliders
House ground chuck, parmesan roasted onion, arugula, tomato, and chili aioli. I grabbed two, and a side of truffle fries. Boom!
Thursday – BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow-smoked pork, Tomey’s BBQ glaze, house slaw, and chili aioli. Ordered a side of truffle fries again for the win.
Will I Go Back to New York Butcher Shoppe?
Obviously, yes! In fact, I stop in there at least every other week for lunches with clients and colleagues. New York Butcher Shoppe in Cornelius is one of my favorite spots for lunch.
