Foxcroft Wine Co. at Birkdale Village is a local wine bar, bottle shop and scratch kitchen restaurant!
With 3 other locations Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greenville, this is the first LKN location! They were founded in 2004 with the intent to combine a retail wine shop and kitchen – now it is morphed into a full service restaurant which I was able to check out recently. We enjoyed flights, glasses of wine, and multiple plates to share.
Their food is locally sourced with changing menu items and cooking styles to meet the season. They aim to make wine approachable and enjoyable and they did just that in my experience!
They also host events in house including drop in tastings and monthly wine dinners to explore a region, wine producer or theme.
