We all know that one person who lives and breathes yoga. They always have a yoga mat in the back of their car, own a wide variety of leggings, and are perpetually happy. Yoga is a practice that all people, regardless of age, physical fitness, or financial situation can achieve. Typically, people begin their yoga journey to gain strength, combat stress, and to discover their inner strength, both physically and mentally. They stay in it because of the benefits they couldn’t even imagine before starting, including extreme improvement in quality of life. Whether you are new to the practice or an established yogi looking for a stable studio, here is a list of six of our favorite studios.
